This is an Athearn RTR dash 9 upgraded with LED lighting and given a weathering job. 0402 SMD LEDs were used for lighting and the DCC decoder is an ESU LokPilot Standard. A simple touch of weathering was given with Vallejo Airbrush paint and accented with Pan Pastels.
