This geep was painted for the Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit system. Although they don't own a GP38-2, this is the pain scheme they use so it was an interesting fictional job. All parts are the P2K parts that came with the model with the addition of Details West ditch lights. The engine was painted using Testors spray cans. The decals were custom printed using Testors custom water slide decal paper. In my opinion, they did not come out well at all. I'll have to try again one day... Inside, there is an ESU Loksound select DCC decoder and a single ESU sugar cube speaker. Dispite ESU decoder problems with motor noise, it runs very quiet and smooth. Lighting is all LED including directional headlights, ditch lights and red marker lights.
